Your cashback only tracks when you access the travel partner through the Cashback page inside the Eskimo app. If you visit the partner site directly, the cashback won’t track.

Complete your booking within 24 hours
If you open Klook, Booking.com, or any partner through Eskimo, your booking must be completed within 24 hours for the cashback to be recognised. If too much time passes or you switch devices/browsers, the tracking link may expire.
If you're unsure whether 24 hours has passed or not, simply go back to the Eskimo app's cashback page and tap on your desired travel partner again.
Click through again for every new booking
If you want to make multiple bookings, return to the Eskimo app and click through the partner link each time. Each booking requires a fresh tracking session.
Track your booking inside Eskimo
Once a booking is confirmed by the partner, you’ll usually see it appear under your Cashback Status in the Eskimo app within a couple of days.
Cashback is issued after your trip is completed
Cashback isn’t awarded immediately. Our partners typically confirm activity completion within 60 to 120 days. Once confirmed, it will appear in your Eskimo cashback balance automatically.
Some bookings aren’t eligible
To avoid disappointment, cashback won’t apply if:
- The booking is cancelled, refunded, exchanged, or modified
- You use gift cards or coupons from the partner platform that replace the booking ID
- There’s no payment made (for example, zero-dollar bookings or partial payments)
- The partner returns a different booking ID that doesn’t match our tracking record
Cashback may exclude taxes and fees
Most partners calculate cashback based on the base price only. Taxes, service fees, and additional add-ons may not count.
